The Job
We are searching for a group of diverse individuals who are passionate about our culture, the outdoors, and crafting exceptional experience for our guests. They will contribute to a team that is responsible for the store’s success through customer service, community engagement, and naturally striving to provide authentic and friendly customer experiences for all.
What You Get to Do:
- Work with a team of individuals to create great experiences for all customers we encounter.
- Consciously strive to improve upon knowledge base and expertise with regards to product information
- Provide educated, unbiased advice to assist in customer purchases
- Thoroughly learn and understand our POS system and procedures
- Be an active part of the community by working evo events and parties
- Resolve customer related issues quickly, efficiently, and happily with support of your store supervisor and lead
- Look for new ways to go above and beyond the expectations of our customer
- Assist in maximizing store efficiency by applying time management skills and effective decision making
- Attend all required product clinics with an open mind and willingness to learn
- Other duties as assigned.

- Proven track record of providing top tier customer service (preferred)
- Previous retail experience a plus!

The base wage for this role ranges from $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr. Where you land in that range depends on your skills and experience, and we also factor in internal pay equity. While the full range is listed for this role, we rarely hire at the top of the range, leaving room for professional and financial growth in role.
