Yes is an AI-native betting and gaming operator launching in Denmark in 2026 and across Europe from there. We are building for a wide, social-first audience that arrives from TikTok and short-form video rather than from TV and legacy media. The markets we are entering restrict the bonuses the industry has leaned on for two decades, so we compete on the product: a personalised home feed, not a pair of lobbies.

About the role

You will own the player app as one product, and report directly to the Co-CEO. You sit beside the Betting Lead and the Games Lead. You do not have any reports of your own.

Betting owns sportsbook. Games owns casino, including live casino. You own everything that turns those two products into a single app: the home page, discovery, registration and login, and the navigation players use to move around.

You decide what appears on the home screen and in what order. The vertical leads keep their own products. They do not run the home screen. Payments, verification, responsible gambling and customer support already have owners. You design how a player reaches those things. You do not run them.

What you'll do

• Ship multiple surfaces where sports and casino sit together, with a clear point of view on what a new player sees first and why.
• Own discovery across the app, so a player can find a match, a game or an account action without dropping into a separate product.
• Own registration, login and the first-run path into the app. Identity and compliance own the rules. You own what the player sees.
• Own navigation and information architecture. Keep the app simple. Do not add another tab every time a new idea appears.
• Write your own specs and prototype your own ideas. Work closely with shared design and engineering, and with marketing, creative, compliance and the two content leads.

A home-screen owner, first. You have shipped a feed, a home screen or a discovery layer where more than one product feeds one surface. You can keep that honest when both sides want the first position.

A feel for discovery. You know the difference between a global find experience and a lobby filter, and you have shipped an empty state that still feels useful.

Judgment under regulation. You can own a player journey without taking the rule. You have worked on a product where compliance, payments or identity sat next to you and stayed next to you.

Hands-on. You write specs and build prototypes yourself. You are comfortable with AI tooling in that work.

A peer, not a layer. You will not treat sportsbook or casino as a backlog you prioritise. You understand a young-adults, social-first audience and how they discover products on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

Ideal background

• We are open to candidates with diverse background and experience but we are especially keen on:
• 5+ years of product development and/or product management experience
• Shipped ownership of a home screen, feed, discovery or app navigation on a consumer product
• Experience in fast-growing businesses and/or startups

• Experience in launching products in igaming or a regulated industry
• Experience with ranking, experiments or a mixed content feed
• Interest in betting, gaming and other entertainment formats

• The home screen is live as a mixed experience. Sports and casino content sit on it without a fight over order.
• There is a unified way to find things across the app.
• A new player can register, log in and reach the home feed smoothly, without unnecessary friction.
