Position - General Services-Proj Mgmt/Business Ops

• We are looking for a General Services / Business Operations professional to support facility operations, inventory, vehicles, warehouse activities, site inspections, and disaster preparedness across the Central Florida region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PPE, DSNAP inventory, supplies, warehouse, and surplus equipment.
• Maintain state vehicles, emergency response vehicles, and required logs.
• Support office moves, furniture/equipment relocation, and facility setup.
• Manage keys and keycard access systems.
• Conduct facility site inspections and address safety issues.
• Assist IT with equipment moves and support hurricane/disaster preparedness.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass **Level 2 background screening and MVR check
• 1+ year of supply/warehouse management experience.
• 6+ months of fleet, safety/OSHA, facility inspection, and IT equipment experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely move office equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Central Florida and GPS.
