This role offers the opportunity to shape how technical teams engage with customers and drive business growth within a fast-moving SaaS environment.
You will design and scale enablement programs that empower Solutions Engineers, Technical Account Managers, and go-to-market teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
Working at the intersection of technology, sales strategy, and learning development, you will transform complex technical concepts into impactful field experiences.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve onboarding, technical selling capabilities, and revenue performance.
The position requires a strategic thinker who can build programs from the ground up while measuring their impact through data and feedback.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced technical enablement leader who enjoys ownership, innovation, and creating scalable solutions in a remote-first environment.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Technical Sales Enablement Manager, you will own the strategy, development, and execution of technical enablement initiatives that improve field readiness and accelerate business outcomes. You will act as a key connector between technical teams and commercial functions, ensuring teams have the expertise, resources, and confidence needed to deliver value to customers.

  • Design, execute, and continuously improve technical enablement programs aligned with business priorities and go-to-market objectives.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of enablement initiatives, including content creation, facilitation, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into engaging, role-specific learning experiences for pre-sales, post-sales, and customer-facing teams.
  • Own and evolve technical onboarding programs to help new Solutions Engineers and Technical Account Managers reach productivity faster.
  • Partner with technical leadership to strengthen field capabilities and align enablement programs with evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to create impactful training materials and launch support programs.
  • Build trusted relationships across the organization and influence enablement strategies through insights, data, and field feedback.
  • Maintain high-quality enablement content within learning management systems and related platforms to maximize adoption.
  • Analyze performance metrics, completion rates, and readiness indicators to identify skill gaps and improve program effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting priorities based on changing business requirements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a technically skilled enablement professional with experience supporting SaaS sales organizations and building scalable learning programs. You combine strong technical understanding, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to create measurable improvements in team performance.

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment within technical sales, pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical enablement roles.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering scalable technical training programs from strategy through execution.
  • Strong project ownership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
  • Ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and independently drive initiatives to completion.
  • Confidence presenting to and influencing senior leadership using data, insights, and business context.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, consultative selling, and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organization, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with structured selling frameworks such as Command of the Message is an advantage.
  • Experience with containerization, DevOps tools, or developer platforms is highly desirable.
  • Ability to use enablement data and readiness metrics to demonstrate program effectiveness and business impact.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package:

    • United States: $120,400 – $172,000 + equity
  • Equity participation with the opportunity to share in company growth and success.
  • Remote-first culture with flexibility to work from different locations.
  • Freedom to organize your work around your life and personal commitments.
  • Quarterly wellness days and end-of-year wellness break.
  • Home office setup support to create a productive working environment.
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave after six months of employment.
  • Monthly technology stipend of $100 USD net.
  • Paid time off policy designed to encourage work-life balance.
  • Training and development stipend for conferences, courses, and professional growth.
  • Company swag and employee perks.
  • Medical benefits, retirement plans, and holidays according to country-specific policies.
