This role is a strategic opportunity for an experienced enterprise sales professional to manage and grow relationships with high-value customers in a fast-paced technology environment. The position focuses on driving customer retention, expansion, and long-term revenue growth by acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You will develop account strategies, identify growth opportunities, and connect business challenges with innovative technology solutions. Working across sales, customer success, product, and operations teams, you will help customers maximize the value of their investments. The ideal candidate combines commercial expertise, consultative selling skills, and a passion for customer success. This is a remote role for a relationship-driven leader who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Client Partner will own strategic enterprise accounts, driving customer growth, retention, and expansion through strong executive relationships and commercially focused account management. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, customer advocacy, and operational discipline to deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Own the commercial strategy and relationship management for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, developing account plans focused on retention, growth, and partnership expansion.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across business functions, including sales, marketing, technology, customer experience, and operations.
  • Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities by understanding customer objectives, challenges, and evolving technology needs.
  • Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning discussions that demonstrate customer value, business impact, and future opportunities.
  • Develop compelling business cases that connect technology solutions with measurable outcomes such as operational efficiency, revenue growth, and improved customer experiences.
  • Own renewal strategies and commercial processes, maintaining visibility into contract timelines, customer sentiment, adoption levels, and potential risks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with customer success, legal, finance, product, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing insights, feedback, and strategic priorities with relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, CRM records, and account planning processes to support predictable growth.
  • Apply structured sales methodologies and account management practices to improve deal execution and customer engagement.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise account leader with a strong track record of growing complex customer relationships and delivering commercial results. You bring strategic insight, technical curiosity, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.

  • 8+ years of experience managing and growing complex enterprise SaaS accounts, strategic accounts, or customer partnerships.
  • Proven success achieving revenue growth, retention, renewal, upsell, and expansion targets.
  • Experience managing large enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders, business units, and geographic regions.
  • Strong background in consultative, value-based selling and developing executive-level business cases.
  • Experience in SaaS, digital transformation, customer experience, contact center, BPO, e-commerce, or related technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, customer engagement platforms, and emerging technology trends.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience managing complex commercial processes, long sales cycles, renewals, and multi-stakeholder buying environments.
  • Strong CRM, forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning skills.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification and sales methodologies is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Entrepreneurial approach with strong ownership, accountability, and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • English proficiency required to support customer and internal communications.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work model with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
  • Health and mental wellbeing support, including access to confidential employee assistance resources.
  • Medical insurance coverage with company contributions for employees and eligible family members.
  • Life and salary continuance insurance coverage.
  • Generous parental leave benefits.
  • Additional paid care days to support personal, family, and wellbeing needs.
  • Employee Stock Participation Program with opportunities to share in company growth.
  • Professional development programs, learning resources, and career growth support.
  • Flexible workplace culture focused on collaboration, inclusion, and employee success.
  • Opportunities to work with innovative AI and digital transformation technologies.
