Product Lead (US, Eastern Time)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Lead based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy and execution across impactful digital products in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
You will act as the bridge between client needs, business goals, design teams, and engineering execution.
The position focuses on transforming complex requirements into clear product direction, prioritization frameworks, and actionable delivery plans.
You will influence product outcomes by defining roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring teams build the right solutions at the right time.
The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment, communication skills, and a practical understanding of user-centered design and technology delivery.
You will work alongside talented professionals who value ownership, quality, continuous improvement, and measurable impact.

Accountabilities:

The Product Lead will be responsible for shaping product direction, managing priorities, and ensuring successful delivery across complex initiatives. This role requires strong collaboration with clients, technical teams, and project stakeholders to create clarity and drive execution.

  • Partner with clients to understand business objectives, user needs, constraints, and desired outcomes, translating insights into clear product requirements.
  • Define and maintain product roadmaps, including feature sequencing, dependencies, timelines, and delivery priorities.
  • Convert high-level concepts into detailed, actionable work items that enable engineering and design teams to execute effectively.
  • Make informed prioritization decisions based on business value, user impact, technical feasibility, available resources, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Technical Project Managers, architects, engineers, and designers to align scope, ownership, delivery expectations, and execution plans.
  • Clarify user journeys, workflows, edge cases, and product behaviors to ensure solutions are intuitive and effective.
  • Validate technical feasibility, manage trade-offs, and adjust product scope to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Communicate product decisions, progress updates, changes, and upcoming priorities clearly across all stakeholders.
  • Review delivered features, gather feedback, and continuously improve future product plans and sequencing.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to create structure in complex environments. They should be comfortable balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical realities.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally managing multiple products, projects, or domains.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to evaluate trade-offs, dependencies, effort, and impact.
  • Experience writing product requirements and defining detailed specifications for engineering and design teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills across technical, creative, and delivery functions.
  • User-focused mindset with a deep understanding of customer experiences and product usability.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain decisions and context to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments while creating clarity and driving progress.
  • Ability to thrive in remote, distributed teams with strong ownership and proactive communication habits.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility to work from home, a coworking space, or office locations when available.
  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful products across industries including healthcare, sustainability, and emerging technology.
  • Collaborative team culture focused on craftsmanship, ownership, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Professional growth opportunities with support to expand skills and take on increasing responsibility.
  • Stable and sustainable work environment with a focus on quality delivery rather than excessive workloads.
  • Exposure to diverse projects and challenges within a growing, globally distributed organization.
