This role is an opportunity for an experienced CRM leader to drive complex Salesforce and business transformation initiatives within a fast-growing technology environment.
You will own end-to-end implementation strategies, from discovery and design through deployment, adoption, and optimization.
The position combines technical expertise, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership to improve business processes and customer experiences.
You will partner closely with business teams, technical stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data governance, and change management practices.

As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will lead enterprise CRM initiatives while ensuring successful Salesforce adoption, strong stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes. You will serve as the connection point between business teams, technical resources, and external partners to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
- Lead full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce features including objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Partner with Salesforce administrators, developers, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with platform best practices.
- Manage CRM strategy, roadmap development, system enhancements, migrations, consolidations, and governance frameworks.
- Improve CRM adoption, data quality, user experience, and operational efficiency across business functions.
- Lead complex implementation projects using structured methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, design reviews, and user acceptance testing with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
- Manage external implementation partners, vendors, project risks, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- Drive change management initiatives, training programs, and adoption strategies to ensure successful business transformation.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading Salesforce implementations and CRM transformation programs in complex, fast-paced environments. You should combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology solutions.
- 7+ years of experience in CRM implementation, Salesforce administration, and project management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations in enterprise or high-growth environments.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, integrations, workflows, and CRM architecture.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, including experience working with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience with data migration, ETL tools, and CRM integrations such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail technology, consumer electronics, kiosk operations, or related industries is preferred.
- Experience in high-growth, technology-driven, or private equity-backed environments is an advantage.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% as needed.
