Job Description

Poster Child is seeking a seasoned agency professional to join our growing team. We are looking for an experienced project manager who excels at client service and has a passion for the creator economy– with significant years in the field to prove it. This individual must have experience project managing a team that's planning and executing large-scale influencer campaigns; experience managing relationships with large-scale clients; remarkable organizational skills. The Account & Client Services Manager must be expert-level at solving challenges for clients, and project managing multiple high-level campaigns at the same time.

Responsibilities:

● Handle project management for an influencer marketing team for a world-class client

● Interface and manage relationships with clients on a daily basis

● Work closely with Account Management team to execute multiple, large-scale influencer marketing initiatives

● Support Client initiatives through detailed measurement of campaign performance

● Manage Client account to execute campaigns and thoughtfully navigate issues as they arise

● Support Client and Account team with decks and reports

● Support Client and Account team with spreadsheet building for campaigns

● Works with Operations and Finance as needed to ensure campaign and talent status stay up to date

Qualifications:

● 6+ years of work experience in influencer marketing

● Marketing agency experience required

● Experience working in a fast-paced business environment with regular client contact

● Deeply organized—able to handle multiple work streams, schedules, budgets

● Detail-oriented—attentive and accurate

● Adaptable – focused yet flexible and comfortable with shifting needs and priorities

● Problem solver – willing and able to address challenges and help influencers and clients overcome them

● Proficient in Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and Google Suite

● Experience with influencer management software preferred

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

● Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time

● This position may require time in office buildings or outdoors
