Accountabilities:

The Executivo(a) de Vendas Pleno will be responsible for managing consultative sales processes, developing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities that generate value for both clients and the business. The role requires strong communication skills, commercial vision, and the ability to balance customer needs with sustainable business outcomes.

  • Represent the company’s values and positioning when interacting with leads, partners, and customers.
  • Conduct consultative sales processes, guiding customers toward the most suitable solutions for their business needs.
  • Build strong relationships and develop a deep understanding of customer operations to recommend effective solutions.
  • Balance customer requirements with healthy operational margins and sustainable business results.
  • Understand the payments market and related regulations to provide guidance and support fraud prevention initiatives.
  • Prospect and engage potential customers through active sales strategies.
  • Manage commercial opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Deliver consistent results aligned with established sales targets and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are effectively supported.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B consultative sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build strategic relationships with customers. We are looking for someone analytical, persuasive, and comfortable navigating complex sales conversations.

  • Previous experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS industries.
  • Knowledge of the payments ecosystem and related regulations.
  • Analytical mindset to balance customer needs with financially sustainable business opportunities.
  • Experience with customer prospecting through outbound and/or inbound strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Higher education completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related areas.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, BANT, or Challenger Sale is a plus.
  • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is considered a differentiator.
