The role focuses on optimizing CRM operations, improving business processes, and ensuring reliable data management to support marketing and sales performance.
- Manage and continuously improve the CRM platform, ensuring governance, standardization, and efficient usage across business areas.
- Analyze business needs and implement configurations, automations, workflows, pipelines, forms, permissions, and operational rules.
- Act as the main connection point between business teams, development teams, and data engineering teams for technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain automations that increase operational efficiency and reduce manual activities.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and governance within the CRM environment.
- Create and maintain dashboards and operational reports to monitor key business indicators.
- Support users by promoting CRM adoption, sharing best practices, and improving platform utilization.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and user experience.
- Contribute to a data-driven culture by transforming information into actionable insights.
The ideal candidate has experience managing CRM platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
- Experience managing and evolving CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot or similar solutions such as Salesforce, Dynamics, Pipedrive, or RD Station CRM.
- Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and implementing solutions for business teams.
- Experience configuring pipelines, properties, forms, workflows, automations, permissions, and business rules.
- Knowledge of system integrations using APIs, Webhooks, or integration tools.
- Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, or Operations teams.
- Strong analytical ability to identify business needs and recommend functional solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM implementation or migration projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Make, n8n, or Zapier is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling is an advantage.
- Experience in technology or SaaS companies is a plus.
