Lucky Feet Shoes is hiring a Retail Sales Associate / Sales Professional for our Anaheim Hills store located in the Canyon Plaza. This role focuses on retail sales, customer service, commission sales, and expert footwear fitting to help customers find comfort solutions that improve the way they walk and live.

At Lucky Feet Shoes, we specialize in premium comfort footwear and orthotics. Our team members are trained as Fit Experts who provide personalized service and build long-term relationships with customers.

Top performers regularly earn $22–$28+ per hour with commission.

What You’ll Do
Provide one-on-one customer service and expert shoe fitting experiences
Assess customer needs and recommend footwear and orthotic solutions
Deliver a high-quality retail customer experience
Build relationships with repeat customers and local community members
Promote and educate customers about the Lucky Feet Rewards program
Support team sales goals and store initiatives

Schedule
Full-Time (30–40 hours per week)
Part -Time (15-25 hours per week)
Weekend availability required
Some holidays required

Store Hours:
Monday–Friday: 10am–6pm
Saturday: 10am–6pm
Sunday: 11am–5pm

Qualifications
2+ years of retail sales or commission sales experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive, energetic, and motivated personality
Performance-driven with a team-focused mindset
Passion for helping people feel and move better
Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
