As a Quality Assurance Technician focused on AI solutions, you will be responsible for validating software functionality, improving testing processes, and ensuring the quality of AI-driven products. You will analyze requirements, create structured test scenarios, and work closely with teams to identify and resolve issues.

• Perform functional testing on web-based systems and AI agents.
• Analyze product requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
• Create test plans, test scripts, and detailed testing documentation.
• Execute test cases and validate expected system behavior.
• Identify, document, and manage defects throughout the development lifecycle.
