We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with an AI-Native mindset to help build and evolve modern, scalable software solutions.
The role combines strong software engineering expertise with the strategic use of Artificial Intelligence throughout the software development lifecycle.
You will contribute to the creation of enterprise applications, including platforms focused on monitoring, management, distribution, pricing, and processing.
Working in an agile and collaborative environment, you will influence architecture decisions, engineering practices, and technology evolution.
The position requires hands-on experience across backend and frontend development, with a focus on quality, automation, and performance.
You will also play a key role in driving AI-assisted development practices and supporting innovation across engineering teams.

• Design, develop, maintain, and evolve enterprise applications using modern software engineering practices.
• Build scalable backend and frontend components while contributing to microservices-based architectures.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to define effective solutions aligned with product and operational needs.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated tests to ensure software reliability and quality.
• Participate in CI/CD processes, deployments, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, performance issues, and technical challenges.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, technology evolution, and engineering best practices.
• Promote clean code, observability, security, maintainability, and high-quality development standards.
• Act as a technical reference, supporting knowledge sharing and mentoring of less experienced developers.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including:
  • Code generation and refactoring.
  • Automated documentation creation.
  • Test generation and validation.
  • Debugging and root cause analysis.
  • Code reviews and SDLC automation.
• Leverage AI development assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Sourcegraph Cody, and Continue.dev.
• Understand the capabilities and limitations of Large Language Models (LLMs) applied to software engineering.
• Support the adoption of secure, responsible, and effective AI practices within engineering workflows.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and innovations in AI-Native Software Engineering.

• Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer building and delivering enterprise-level applications.
• Strong experience developing backend and frontend solutions using modern architectures and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including:
  • Clean Code principles.
  • Software architecture patterns.
  • Automated testing strategies.
  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
  • Application observability and monitoring.
  • Application security practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted software development tools such as:
  • GitHub Copilot.
  • Devin.
  • Cursor.
  • ChatGPT.
  • Claude.
  • Gemini.
  • Sourcegraph Cody.
  • Continue.dev.
• Knowledge of applying LLMs to software development workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (B2 level).
• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (B2 level).
• Experience with monitoring, processing, or data distribution platforms is a plus.
• Background working with financial market projects is a plus.
• Experience designing highly available, distributed, and performance-oriented systems is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor others and lead through influence.
