Hours: 2nd Shift 2:00PM – 10:15PM

PAY: Depending on experience

LOCATION – Our Newly Constructed Building! 2230 Corporate Drive Waukesha, WI 53189

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Set up, operate, and monitor digital and hybrid flexographic label presses (inline finishing, coating, and die‑cutting as applicable)
• Load and verify label substrates including paper, film, and specialty materials
• Perform color matching and verification
• Maintain tight registration and print consistency
• Conduct inline quality checks
• Make press and software adjustments
• Troubleshoot press, workflow, substrate, ink, or finishing issues
• Complete production documentation, quality records, and roll traceability requirements
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and preventative press care
• Follow all safety, GMP, and housekeeping standards
• Work closely with prepress, quality, converting, and shipping teams to meet customer requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Printing or technical training preferred
• Experience with flexographic and/or digital label presses or CNC machining preferred
• Knowledge of pressure‑sensitive label materials, inks, and adhesives preferred
• Ability to read and execute job tickets, proofs, and customer specifications
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to consistent label quality
• Basic computer skills and experience with production systems
• Demonstrated good safety record
