Position Summary:This position works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager to ensure the community is maintained to Monarchs high standards. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing repairs, assisting with apartment turns, and helping maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property.

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete basic maintenance duties will be required during the interview process.

This role requires pre-employment screenings including a criminal background check and drug screening.
