This role sits at the intersection of HR systems, business analysis, and enterprise application support within a global technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable system solutions, ensuring that Workday and related platforms effectively support HR, payroll, and business operations. Acting as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will analyze requirements, design configurations, and support enhancements across multiple enterprise tools. The position involves working on diverse projects simultaneously, from system improvements to integrations and production support. You will also play a critical role in testing, documentation, and end-user enablement to ensure smooth system performance. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where your work directly impacts operational efficiency and employee experience across the organization.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical system solutions across Workday and related enterprise applications.
- Design and configure system enhancements, including reports, calculated fields, integrations, and workflows aligned with business needs.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring proper planning, coordination, execution, and documentation across stakeholders.
- Develop test plans, execute test scenarios, validate data, and document results for system changes and enhancements.
- Support production systems by troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrations involving Workday, SQL-based systems, DocuSign, ServiceNow, and other platforms.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to end users to ensure effective system adoption and usage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–7 years of experience as a systems or Workday analyst in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday tools such as Reports, Calculated Fields, EIB, Core Connector, and Workday Studio.
- Solid understanding of payroll and benefits processes, integrations, and HR system workflows.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data transformation techniques (e.g., XSLT or similar).
- Experience with integration technologies, APIs, and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in production support, system testing, and end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with DocuSign and HR-related enterprise applications is a plus.
