Job Description
Role / Duties:
- Data Entry into our internal inventory management site – daily
- Invoicing of Customers for Receiving charges and Delivery charges from our billing software (QBO) – daily
- Filing and other light office tasks – as needed
- Available part-time (Mon-Fri) with potential for full-time
- Experience in QuickBooks Online a plus
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized
Qualifications:

- Education and/or Experience - High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required; prior experience in office administration, handling financial records and basic accounting in the moving, logistics, or storage industry preferred. Familiarity with DOT regulations and scheduling logistics is a plus.
- Language Skills – Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, management, and staff. Ability to effectively present information to management, staff, and customers. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, customers, and staff, etc.
- Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. This role requires proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
