We are seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician to join Belvoir Wellness & Medspa as an Independent Contractor at $45 per hour.

This position is best suited to an established esthetician with previous experience in a luxury spa, medspa or advanced aesthetics environment. We are specifically looking for someone who is confident with advanced skincare treatments and has a strong understanding of professional skincare products and ingredients.

The ideal candidate should have experience with Nano Infusion and advanced/customized facials. Experience with HydraFacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels and other advanced aesthetic treatments is highly desirable.

We are also looking for someone who has experience or a strong understanding of cryotherapy and Artemis T-Shape 2, including body contouring, skin tightening and cellulite-focused treatments. Training on our specific equipment and protocols will be provided where appropriate.

Candidates should be confident conducting consultations, assessing skin concerns, recommending appropriate treatments and home-care products, recognizing contraindications, and providing clear pre- and post-treatment guidance.

You must be professional, polished, reliable and comfortable delivering the high level of hospitality expected in a luxury environment. We are looking for someone who can educate and guide clients without overselling and who prioritizes client safety, treatment quality and the overall guest experience.

Requirements include a current Illinois Esthetician License, previous professional esthetics experience, strong skincare knowledge and hands-on experience with Nano Infusion.

You should be someone who takes the time to conduct a thorough consultation, listens carefully to the client’s concerns and goals, understands their skin and treatment history, and uses your professional knowledge to determine what is genuinely appropriate for them. We value education and thoughtful recommendations over aggressive selling. Our clients should trust that any service or product recommended to them is being suggested because it is right for their individual needs.

We are particularly interested in candidates with strong knowledge of professional and luxury skincare brands. You should be comfortable discussing ingredients, formulations, skin conditions, treatment protocols and home-care routines, and explaining these concepts to clients in a knowledgeable yet approachable way.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Nano Infusion and be confident performing advanced and customized facial treatments. Experience with treatments such as HydraFacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels and other advanced skincare modalities is highly desirable.
