John Peters – State Farm Agency is looking for an Experienced Insurance Service Lead to become an important part of our team. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who can take ownership of customer relationships while also recognizing opportunities to grow and retain the agency's business.

• $45,000 guaranteed base salary

• Active 440 or 220 insurance license required before starting
  
• Previous insurance experience preferred
  
• Strong insurance knowledge and customer service skills
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  
• Organized and dependable
  
• Comfortable handling customer questions and insurance needs
  
• Able to identify opportunities to help customers with additional coverage
  
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus!

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for insurance customers
  
• Handle customer questions, policy changes, and service needs
  
• Review customer accounts and identify coverage opportunities
  
• Explain insurance products and coverage options
  
• Prepare quotes and assist customers with their insurance decisions
  
• Follow up with customers and leads
  
• Help retain existing customers through excellent service
  
• Identify opportunities to generate additional business
  
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
  
• Support the overall growth of the agency

• Already have your 440 or 220 license
  
• Have experience working in an insurance agency
  
• Enjoy being the person customers can count on
  
• Know how to turn a service conversation into an opportunity to help the customer further
  
• Are comfortable discussing insurance coverage and options
