Accountabilities

  • Analyze program performance to identify opportunities for operational improvement, innovation, and stronger value delivery.

  • Support contracting conversations by providing subject-matter expertise on program delivery strategy, panel growth, operational customization, and outcome metrics.

  • Identify partner needs and feedback and translate them into practical recommendations for internal stakeholders.

  • Manage implementation and account-management processes to position partners for successful program adoption and long-term performance.

  • Navigate competing priorities and complex organizational structures while maintaining clear communication and accountability across stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

  • Previous experience in healthcare, with experience working with managed care organizations or health plans strongly preferred.

  • Experience in mental health or behavioral healthcare is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and concurrent initiatives with different stakeholders and priorities.

  • Strong project-management capabilities, including experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams against demanding timelines.

  • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape, particularly payer and provider organizations.

  • Proven ability to establish trusted relationships and navigate complex organizations with multiple roles, responsibilities, and decision-makers.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop, interpret, and communicate program KPIs and performance insights.

  • Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that support operational excellence and client value.

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create polished client-facing reports, agendas, and presentations.

  • Ability to represent both partner needs and internal priorities thoughtfully and effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and demonstrated commitment to the mission of improving access to effective care.
