About the Role
Mountain High Appliance is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our purchasing team. Whether you're new to the field and eager to learn, or you already have purchasing experience and are ready to step into a more advanced role — we have a path for you.

It's a role that requires someone who can hold a lot of context simultaneously, make sound judgment calls, and work confidently across multiple systems.
Think of it less like a job and more like an investment in your growth. We invest in you — you grow with us.
The Path Forward
Purchasing Specialist → Associate Buyer → Buyer
Entry-level candidates will follow a structured training track with increasing responsibility over time, with a clear path toward a full Buyer role. Experienced candidates may step into the Associate Buyer level from day one based on their background.
