SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for directing and coordinating daily warehouse floor operations to ensure efficient material flow, timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality requirements. This role serves as the primary operational leader on the warehouse floor, acting as the central point of coordination between warehouse personnel and management.
The Warehouse Lead is accountable for execution, team mentorship, issue escalation, and operational communication while supporting management in achieving service, quality, and productivity goals.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Level 2: Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
