About the Role
Gramazon is looking for a Cannabis Processor / Packager to join our growing team. We are seeking reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented individuals to support our Infusion team. Maintaining product quality and upholding our brand standards is extremely important. Infusion Specialists are responsible for the safe, efficient, and consistent handling, preparation, filling,
and packaging of infused pre-rolls. This includes working with cannabis flower and concentrates in a clean, fast-paced production environment while maintaining all packaging and production equipment.
Essential Responsibilities:
-Cannabis Processing & Packaging
- Package cannabis products according to company and state compliance standards.
- Formulate cannabis flower and concentrate blends for infused pre-rolls.
- Properly pack infused pre-rolls with consistency and quality.
- Twist and finish pre-rolls to production specifications.
- Label and prepare finished products for distribution.
-Production & Inventory Control
- Set up, measure, weigh, label, and record all packaged products according to facility
- SOPs.
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking logs and production documentation.
- Assist with inventory upkeep and weekly audits alongside the shift manager.
- Ensure proper tracking and accountability of all materials used in production.
-Quality & Efficiency
- Follow all written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Increase productivity and efficiency without sacrificing product quality.
- Meet daily and weekly production goals within structured timeframes.
- Support continuous improvement in workflow and production processes.
-Equipment & Facility Standards
- Operate and maintain packaging tools and production equipment as required.
- Ensure proper setup and breakdown of workstations.
- Follow all facility SOPs and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older and able to pass a background screening.
- Must be physically capable of manual labor, including lifting 10–20 lbs.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable using both hands and small tools used in packaging processes.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a flexible schedule.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Cannabis production or manufacturing experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift).
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements throughout the shift.
- Maintain manual dexterity to package, label, sort, and inspect cannabis products.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and twist frequently.
- Work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, hairnets, beard covers (if applicable), safety glasses, and other protective gear.
- Maintain visual acuity to inspect products, read labels, and identify quality concerns.
- Work in varying environmental conditions, including temperature-controlled production areas.
- Safely operate production equipment and follow all safety procedures.
- Ability to remain focused and meet production quotas while adhering to compliance and quality standards.
- Regular and reliable attendance with the ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
