Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Oncology Clinic in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

What Your Day Looks Like: The Carrie J. Babb Cancer Center is a partnership between Citizens Memorial Hospital and Central Care Cancer Center in Kansas. The facility provides medical oncology/hematology, as well as radiation services.

As a Registered Nurse you will be:
-
Collaborating closely with the physician to provide high-quality, coordinated patient care
-
Working closely with the physician to coordinate patient care, review test results, communicate treatment plans to patients, document care, and help ensure patients receive timely, organized care while keeping the clinic running smoothly.

Reviewing labs, imaging, and pathology with the provider and communicating plans to patients

Assisting in implementing and documenting individualized treatment regimens

Supporting clinic workflow and ensuring timely follow-up and continuity of care
Qualifications:
Education: Completion of an accredited program (Registered Nurse)
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting is preferred. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), patient communication, and care coordination is highly desirable.
Skills: organization, able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, patient care, strong written and verbal communication.
Licensure/Certification: Active Missouri License as a Registered Nurse.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and telephone. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff in person and by phone.
