Position Summary

The Plumbing Installation Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating residential and/or commercial plumbing installation projects from scheduling through completion. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, installation technicians, project managers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Plumbing Manager to best fit the right tech with the right job and licenses
  • Schedule and coordinate plumbing installation projects, ensuring proper technician and resource allocation. Capacity planning and Paid time off management
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, project timelines, and installation requirements.
  • Coordinate with plumbing technicians, project managers, and warehouse personnel to ensure materials and equipment are available for scheduled jobs.
  • Monitor project progress and address scheduling conflicts or delays.
  • Maintain accurate project records, work orders, permits, and documentation.
  • Review installation contracts and verify project specifications before work begins.
  • Process job completion paperwork and ensure all required documents are submitted.
  • Verify Invoice accuracy relating to materials, equipment, payment, payroll hours, summary
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-up communications throughout the installation process.
  • Assist with permit applications, inspections, and compliance requirements as needed.
  • Generate reports related to project status, scheduling, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and service quality.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, service coordination, or project scheduling.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Service Titan.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Occasional visits to job sites may be required.
  • Assist warehouse/office in staging materials and equipment when needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
