A/L LPN CHARGE NURSE in Canton, Ohio at Canton Christian Home

Canton Christian Home is looking for a caring, dependable, and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team!

Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Status: Full-Time / Part-Time Available

• Provide compassionate nursing care to our Assisted Living residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Complete accurate documentation and charting
• Work closely with STNAs, residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Assist with care plans and ensure resident needs are met
• Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for our residents
• Follow all facility policies and state regulations

• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing
• Previous long-term care or assisted living experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
• Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
