Job Summary

NEWITY is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support our go-to-market content efforts. This role will be responsible for strengthening brand awareness, supporting product launches, and driving market engagement for the Company’s SaaS business. This role will own the creation and distribution of compelling content across multiple channels, including public relations, award submissions, industry events, speaking engagements, social media posts, blogs, case studies, white papers, and thought leadership campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, excellent writer, and skilled project manager who can translate business objectives into impactful marketing content.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market content strategies for new financial institution partner relationships and NEWITY’s SaaS business.
  • Write and manage press releases, engage media to ensure coverage, identify, craft and submit for awards, and write and post thought leadership content.
  • Create blogs, news articles, website content, case studies, customer success stories, and white papers for an audience of current and prospective institutional partners.
  • Coordinate with Activations Manager to plan company participation in conferences, webinars, speaking engagements, and industry events.
  • Partner with sales, product, leadership, and subject matter experts to create compelling market-facing content.
  • Manage external vendors as needed.
  • Track, report, and optimize content performance, media placements, and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Existing media relationships in relevant financial technology, banking, or institutional outlets.
  • Experience supporting and developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published content.
  • Experience managing PR campaigns, industry awards, events, social media, and long-form content development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, banking, financial services, or a related industry preferred.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and modern content creation platforms is a plus.

  • Brings an exceptional attention to detail, noticing nuances and mistakes that other individuals and AI can miss.
