Customer Success Rep in Nashville, Tennessee at BuildWitt

BuildWitt is on a mission to make the Dirt World a better place by building the people, leaders, and companies of the heavy civil industry through tools, storytelling, and community.

Our team is looking for a high-performing Customer Success Rep (CSR) to help drive our mission. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team and customers in the eastern US (eastern and central time zones) to ensure we’re delivering serious value through our software.

As a CSR at BuildWitt you’ll get to:

• Ensure our customers are so successful using our software that renewing feels like the easiest decision they’ll make all year.
• Build a strong partnership with your Customer Success Manager to hit individual and team metrics. You’ll help monitor and provide important data, manage tickets, resolve support issues, set up meetings and coach customers, and be an expert in our software.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of BuildWitt products for new customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and building a strong foundation for long-term success.
• Work with the sales team to hit revenue targets each year through customer license expansions and renewals.
• Help define how we provide world-class service to our customers.
• Deeply understand our customers, their challenges, and how we help solve them.
