What You’ll Do- Drive territory growth across Houston and surrounding Texas markets
- Develop relationships with physicians, office administrators, clinical staff, and ASC decision-makers
- Prospect and open new business opportunities within ambulatory surgery centers and physician offices
- Execute product presentations, in-services, and hands-on training sessions
- Partner with accounts to increase product utilization and long-term adoption
- Manage territory planning, pipeline activity, and customer follow-up independently
- Maintain a strong field presence through consistent customer-facing activity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and internal teams to share market feedback and growth opportunities
- Represent the organization with professionalism, urgency, and strong business acumen
- 1–4 years of outside B2B, healthcare, or medical device sales experience
- Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and grow business independently
- Experience managing a territory and maintaining high customer activity levels
- Comfortable with frequent local and regional travel
- ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) sales experience
- Experience calling on physician offices, outpatient clinics, or procedural-based practices
- Medical device, healthcare, pharma, or capital sales experience
- Experience selling outside of the operating room strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
