Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Safety Administrator to support our compliance and safety operations. This role is responsible for maintaining contractor compliance within platforms such as ISNetworld (ISN) and Avetta, ensuring all safety documentation, certifications, and requirements are accurately tracked and up to date. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting a safe and compliant work environment across all job sites.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company compliance within ISNetworld (ISN) and Avetta platforms
  • Upload, track, and update required safety documentation, including:
    • Insurance certificates
    • OSHA logs
    • Training records and certifications
    • Drug testing compliance
  • Monitor contractor and employee compliance status and address deficiencies promptly
  • Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Recruiting, Operations) to ensure all workforce requirements are met prior to site access
  • Maintain accurate records of safety documentation and audit readiness
  • Communicate with clients and compliance coordinators regarding requirements and updates
  • Support safety audits and compliance reviews
  • Ensure adherence to company and client-specific safety standards and policies

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience working with ISNetworld (ISN) and/or Avetta required
  • Strong understanding of contractor compliance, safety documentation, and onboarding processes
  • Previous experience in safety administration, HR compliance, or construction/industrial environment preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting construction, industrial, or energy sector projects
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards
  • Experience with additional compliance platforms (e.g., PEC, DISA) is a plus

Work Environment

  • Office-based role
  • Fast-paced environment supporting multiple projects and compliance timelines
