Strategic Partner Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Strategic Partner Manager in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to drive growth across a high-impact partner ecosystem within the rapidly evolving CX, CCaaS, UCaaS, and AI-powered communications space. You will be responsible for building and expanding strategic relationships with key partners while shaping joint go-to-market strategies that directly influence revenue performance. The position blends partner acquisition, relationship management, and business development with a strong focus on execution and measurable outcomes. Working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will engage closely with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to accelerate pipeline and bookings. You will act as a trusted advisor to partners while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and customer experience strategies. This is a remote role designed for a commercially driven professional who thrives on relationship building, strategic thinking, and scaling partner-led growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage and grow existing strategic partner relationships across an assigned western U.S. territory, ensuring consistent engagement, revenue growth, and long-term alignment.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new partners aligned with go-to-market priorities in CX, CCaaS, UCaaS, and AI-powered communications solutions.
  • Develop joint business plans with partners, including revenue targets, enablement activities, pipeline goals, and growth initiatives.
  • Drive partner engagement through regular cadence activities such as QBRs, enablement sessions, joint account planning, and executive-level reviews.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Channel Operations, and Solutions teams to accelerate pipeline development and deal execution.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Represent the organization at partner meetings, industry events, and customer engagements to strengthen ecosystem presence.
  • Act as a key internal advocate for partner success, ensuring alignment between partner needs and organizational strategy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, strategic alliances, or partner-facing roles within UCaaS, CCaaS, CX, contact center, or AI-powered communications industries.
  • Proven success managing and growing strategic partner ecosystems, including TSDs, master agents, or technology advisor networks.
  • Strong understanding of partner-driven go-to-market models and the broader communications technology landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to build business plans, manage forecasting, and deliver consistent revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and enablement teams in a matrix organization.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and business intelligence or reporting tools for pipeline and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and an understanding of how AI enhances customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% across partner and customer locations.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package including base salary and performance-based incentive structure.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and telemedicine services.
  • Retirement savings plan with company contributions.
  • Flexible time off, paid holidays, sick leave, and parental bonding leave.
  • Life, disability, and supplemental insurance options.
  • Wellness programs and employee assistance resources to support physical and mental health.
  • Professional development opportunities, training programs, and career growth support.
  • Remote-first flexibility with opportunities for in-person partner engagement and industry events.
  • Inclusive and collaborative work culture focused on innovation, results, and continuous improvement.
