This role is a key driver of pipeline growth within a fast-paced SaaS environment focused on solutions for the Early Childhood Education sector. You will be responsible for proactive outbound prospecting, identifying decision-makers, and initiating meaningful conversations that lead to qualified opportunities. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will help shape outreach strategies, refine messaging, and ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads into the sales funnel. In this role, you will be responsible for driving outbound prospecting efforts and generating qualified opportunities for the sales organization. You will actively engage prospects, support marketing initiatives, and ensure consistent pipeline development through structured outreach and collaboration.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential clients
- Qualify leads through consultative conversations and align solutions to prospect needs
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives and ensure effective handoffs
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through research, targeted outreach, and CRM management
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute campaigns, refine messaging, and improve conversion strategies
- Support market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer insights to inform positioning and outreach
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and follow-up processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement through coaching, feedback, and sharing best practices
The ideal candidate brings outbound sales experience, strong communication skills, and a highly disciplined approach to high-volume activity. You are comfortable engaging decision-makers, managing multiple priorities, and working in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles involving high-volume outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with persuasive and personalized messaging ability
- Comfortable making 60+ outbound calls per day with consistency and professionalism
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard sales productivity tools
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage a fast-moving pipeline
- Strong curiosity for healthcare, human services, or education-related sectors (Early Intervention, Special Education, ABA is a plus)
- Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and maintain long-term prospect engagement
