Pay & bonuses

  • $1.05/mile + fuel surcharge on all loaded miles (FSC adjusts weekly based on DOE national average)
  • $750/month OTR bonus for maintaining 2,000+ safe miles per week
  • Paid on ALL miles — loaded and empty
  • No truck payment for the first 2 weeks — get rolling before costs kick in
  • Fuel discounts at all major truck stops
