Skilled Maintenance Person- Electrical and Carpentry Focus

Who you are!

• You enjoy working on and completing a variety of skilled maintenance, including
  • electrical work, troubleshooting and repair
  • HVAC troubleshooting and repair
  • miscellaneous carpentry and drywall repair
  • and more!
• You're at least 18 years old with high school completion or GED
• You have a minimum of three years' professional experience in general maintenance and construction for both interior and exterior project types required
• You have at least 1 year continued education or technical school trade certification apprenticeship preferred
• You have, or are willing to obtain, a valid class B CDL

The Skilled Maintenance Person is responsible for performing a variety of skilled tasks, focusing on those relating to electrical and carpentry.

About

• 40 hours per week; 3 weekends required per calendar year
• Schedule: M-F 7:30a - 4p
• Bi-weekly pay
• Starting $22.58 per hour
