This role sits within a fast-growing investor services function supporting private market fund administration for real estate and alternative investment clients. You will act as a trusted operational partner to fund managers and their investors, ensuring accurate execution of financial, payment, and investor servicing workflows. Working in a highly collaborative and technology-enabled environment, you will help streamline fund operations while maintaining strong attention to detail and compliance standards. The position offers exposure to complex investor structures, treasury operations, and client-facing responsibilities in a rapidly scaling fintech environment. You will also contribute to continuous process improvements and help enhance the efficiency of internal systems and client workflows. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys both operational execution and problem-solving in a dynamic, growth-oriented setting.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality fund administration and investor servicing support while ensuring operational accuracy and strong client relationships:
- Perform investor servicing and fund administration tasks including investor position setup, workspace review, and data accuracy checks
- Support client fundraising activities by aligning operational execution with client timelines and requirements
- Manage treasury and payment-related processes, including LP contributions, payment tracking, and reconciliation activities
- Investigate payment breaks, chargebacks, and exception items while coordinating with banking partners for resolution
- Monitor client activity and provide feedback to internal teams to improve service quality and platform performance
- Communicate operational best practices to clients while escalating scope or risk issues when necessary
- Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements across workflows and systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of fund administration and investor services activities
You bring experience in fund administration or investor services, combined with strong analytical and client-focused capabilities:
- 3+ years of experience in fund administration, investor services, or related financial operations roles
- Strong understanding of financial workflows, investor reporting, or treasury-related processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working through operational ambiguity
- High level of integrity and commitment to doing the right thing for clients and the business
- Experience in real estate private equity or alternative investments is considered an asset
