Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully driving new business growth and managing enterprise-level sales opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, AI solutions, and modern data infrastructure technologies.
  • Excellent commercial and consultative selling skills, including negotiation, strategic account management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to communicate complex scientific, technical, and business concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent systems.
  • Strong organizational, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed across the region.
  • Previous experience within healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, digital health, or related sectors is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with European and UK healthcare systems, regulatory frameworks, and healthcare data environments is considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments, particularly involving AI/ML, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or HPC solutions, is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with strong growth potential.
  • Flexible and remote-friendly working environment supporting work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to work on impactful AI and healthcare innovation projects.
  • International, collaborative, and highly skilled team environment.
  • Career development, continuous learning, and professional growth opportunities.
