Job Description
Position Description: The Senior Associate, Programmatic will support the planning, execution, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across Display, Video, Native, and CTV. This role requires hands-on experience with self-service DSPs, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams and global headquarters to deliver innovative strategies, flawless activations, and measurable business outcomes. Additionally, you will participate in client-facing presentations to showcase performance and strategic recommendations. Position Responsibilities:

Location: Hybrid. 3 days/week (Mon, Tue, Thu) in our SOHO office, with flexibility for more.
- Develop and execute programmatic media strategies across Display, Video, Native, and CTV.
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
- Assist with developing strategic recommendations to drive client KPIs across awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Partner with global activation teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with best practices.
- Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve efficiency and ROI.
- Maintain strong relationships with DSPs, SSPs, and data partners.
- Create technical briefs for AdOps and ensure accurate trafficking and QA.
- Troubleshoot and resolve delivery or performance issues promptly.
- Leverage advanced tactics such as private marketplace deals (PMPs), dynamic-creative optimization (DCO), and identity-safe strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Hands-on experience with DSPs (Amazon DSP, DV360, The Trade Desk).
- Strong understanding of programmatic buying methods in private and open marketplaces.
- Familiarity with ad servers, verification tools, and data partners (CM360, DoubleVerify, IAS, Liveramp).
- Ability to manage budgets, pacing, and optimizations across multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with measurement tactics such as BLS, conversion lift studies, attention metrics, MMT, and MMM.
- Excellent understanding of programmatic media landscape, trends, and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to present complex data and strategies clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Exceptional written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in programmatic media within a digital media agency.
- Proven track record of managing campaigns across Display, Video, Native, and CTV.
