This is an individual contributor role with a broad scope and high visibility, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of learning, business impact, and cross‑functional collaboration.

This role is based out of our Ottawa, Ontario office. We operate in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week onsite at our Kanata office, with the option to work remotely for up to two (2) days per week.

What You’ll Do

Training Program Design & DeliveryBuild role‑based onboarding, product/solution training, process excellence, and advanced skills curricula for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances, Deal Desk, and RevOps.Deliver engaging live and virtual training (workshops, cohort programs, microlearning, simulations, async modules).Translate complex product, pricing, and process topics into clear, practical, and retention‑friendly learning experiences.Enablement Strategy & Content OperationsOwn the enablement roadmap: scope, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and periodic refresh cycles.Create and curate playbooks, talk tracks, job aids, e‑learning modules, and certification paths; govern content lifecycle (versioning, tagging, sunsetting).Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership to ensure training reflects current positioning, value selling, and market narratives.Methodologies, Process & Tools AdoptionOperationalize and coach to sales frameworks (MEDDPICC, Challenger) tailored by segment, role, and motion.Drive adoption of CRM, BI, conversation intelligence, and enablement platforms through targeted training and reinforcement.Collaborate with RevOps to embed process changes (forecast cadence, pipeline stage definitions, qualification criteria) into training and certification.Data‑Driven Improvement & Stakeholder EngagementDefine training impact metrics; build dashboards that connect enablement to outcomes (readiness, productivity, win rates, cycle times, CSAT/NPS).Establish feedback loops with learners and leaders; run A/B content experiments and iterate based on performance signals.Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial leaders, sharing insights on learning trends, gaps, and prioritized interventions.Metrics for SuccessOnboarding Time‑to‑Productivity: Reduce ramp time for new commercial hires.Performance Impact: Demonstrable improvements post‑training (e.g.,↑ win rates,↓ sales cycle,↑ pipeline hygiene,↑ CSAT/NPS for CS).Stakeholder Satisfaction:90%+satisfaction from commercial leaders and learners on training relevance and delivery quality.Process & Tool Adoption: Measurable uplift in compliance with forecast cadence, stage definitions, and CRM hygiene, plus increased usage of enablement platforms.

Who You Are

Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or related field; or equivalent practical experience building commercial training at scale.Enablement Experience:7–10+ years in commercial enablement/training with proven success designing role‑based onboarding, certifications, and continuous curricula across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.Methodologies & Selling Frameworks: Hands‑on experience operationalizing sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger) and tailoring learning paths by role/segment.Program & Project Management: Ability to own an enablement roadmap end‑to‑end—scoping, scheduling, cross‑functional alignment, and iteration—while operating as an individual contributor.Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with LMS (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Docebo), sales enablement platforms (Highspot/Seismic),CRM (Salesforce),BI/reporting (Power BI, Tableau), conversation intelligence (Gong/Chorus), and authoring/video tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia).Data‑Driven Enablement: Comfortable defining success metrics, instrumenting programs to measure impact, and building dashboards for leaders to guide continuous improvement.Facilitation & Communication: Outstanding live and virtual facilitation; clear, compelling writing for playbooks and knowledge articles; strong executive presence to influence without formal authority.Change Management: Experience driving adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors across distributed teams; adept at stakeholder management and feedback loops.Global Readiness: Track record delivering training to multi‑region teams, with attention to localization, time zones, and cultural norms.Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity. Commitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacyPreferred Qualifications

Advanced Education/Certs: Master’s in a related field.Industry Context: Background in B2B SaaS/IoT/Industrial or other complex product environments requiring product/process enablement.Readiness & Certification Programs: Built role‑based certifications, readiness scorecards, and SKO programs tied directly to revenue outcomes.Systems & Content Operations: Experience governing enablement content(lifecycle, tagging, versioning) and integrating LMS ↔ CRM/BI for automated progress/performance tracking.Multilingual Ability: Fluency in additional languages to support global audiences (a plus).
