Operations Supervisor at Summit Hotel Mgmt – Kansas City, Missouri

Hampton Inn and Suites Country Club Plaza is currently hiring for an Operations Manager.

Located on the historic Country Club Plaza, our 203 room property puts our guest experience first and take pride in being one of the top rated hotels in the area.

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced hotel operations manager to assist in multiple departments within the hotel.

Duties will include but not limited to:

*Work directly with department heads within Front Desk, Housekeeping, and F&B to coach, counsel and train team members to maintain the highest of guest standards and internal procedures.

*Maintain and effect training program to ensure all team members are properly equipped to execute their jobs, meet Brand Standards, assist HR in new hire training and coach and counsel team members.

*Lead Hilton Honors training and enrollment tracking.

*Ensure that operations meet the hotels rules and policies as stated in Employee Handbook.

*Assist with Sales department with rooming lists, meeting planners, and other tasks mutually agreed upon within the Sales Department.

*Internal and external marketing, social media and communication tasks as assigned.

*Admin and tracking of designated reports, duties and tasks as requested from the General Manager.

*Act as Manager on Duty as needed, including weekends.
