Responsibilities
Kettering Health brings nationally recognized brain and spine care to western Ohio. Through highly skilled specialists and leading-edge treatments, we help patients achieve the best possible outcomes. Our highly skilled team includes board-certified and fellowship-trained specialists. Neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists, nuclear imaging specialists, and many other providers come together to provide you with exceptional care. We offer the following care programs: aneurysm, back & spine, brain tumor, epilepsy, movement disorder, neurotrauma, neurovascular and stroke.
As leaders in brain and spine treatment and advanced stroke care, we are at the forefront of quality neurological care. We are seeking a leader who has strong strategic planning background, service line & access growth, quality & safety results and history of efficient clinical operations. The role is responsible for budgetary operations, cost-containment, staffing, revenue growth and meeting goals for the brain and spine service line.
Education
- Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in a clinical area or business.
Work Experience
- 7+ years of health care leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibilities
- At least five years of manager-level experience and 2 years of director level experience.
