About This Position
oogiebear is a growing consumer products brand focused on creating simple, thoughtfully designed tools that help parents care for their babies safely and confidently. Our products are sold through major retailers and online platforms and are trusted by families across the country.
We’re a small, founder-led team in an exciting stage of growth. That means we move quickly, collaborate closely, and take a hands-on approach to building the business and supporting our customers.
At oogiebear, team members have the opportunity to contribute across many areas of the company, bring new ideas forward, and help shape how we grow. We’re looking for people who are resourceful, adaptable, and excited to be part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
The Marketing & Brand Manager is hands-on role for a marketing leader who enjoys being close to the work. They will own day-to-day marketing execution while also acting as the primary steward of the oogiebear brand. This person will bring order, clarity, and momentum and is best suited to someone who thrives in small teams, is comfortable operating with incomplete information, and can balance strategic thinking with direct execution.
The Marketing & Brand Manager will play a key part in helping oogiebear transition from a smaller scrappy company to a more structured, scalable business. We are a lean team with limited internal infrastructure, where progress happens because people take ownership, apply good judgment, and follow things through.
