Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field is required.
Experience: Five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience in recruiting is required. Previous experience leading and providing direction to physician recruiting team members. Previous experience in healthcare, sales, marketing, or recruitment with specific knowledge medical/physician community is preferred.
