Key responsibilities

• Team leadership and development: Hire, train, and develop staff; schedule shifts; resolve performance issues; and foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Restaurant operations: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring the restaurant is clean and well-organized.
• Financial management: Manage the store's financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L), sales forecasting, and controlling costs.
• Food safety and quality: Enforce all food safety policies and procedures to ensure the preparation of safe, delicious food.
• Guest experience: Deliver a great customer experience, resolve customer incidents, and work to ensure customer satisfaction.
