About the Role:

The Food Service Worker I plays a vital role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within retail food service settings. This position is responsible for preparing and serving food items in accordance with established health and safety standards, contributing to a positive customer experience. The role requires attention to detail in food handling, sanitation, and inventory management to maintain operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a food service or retail environment.
  • Certification in food handling or safety (e.g., ServSafe).
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base.
