- $21$23/hour for on-call/stand-by shifts (with mileage reimbursement)
- Weekly pay via direct deposit

- Paid sick time
- Flexible scheduling built around your availability
- Client matching based on your strengths and preferences
- Ongoing professional training and skills development
- Mentorship and performance support

- At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Negative TB test within the past 2 years
- Reliable transportation across San Diego County
- Basic English communication skills
- Smartphone access for documentation and communication
