- $17.50/hour starting rate for new caregivers
- $21$23/hour for on-call/stand-by shifts (with mileage reimbursement)
- Weekly pay via direct deposit

- Health, dental, life, and vision insurance (after 90 days includes Kaiser, Blue Shield, and Mediexcel)
- Client matching and shadowing opportunities
- Ongoing training and development
- Mentorship and support as you gain confidence

- Willingness to register as a California Home Care Aide (HCA)
- Well help you through the process
- Negative TB test within the past 2 years (or willingness to complete one)
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to travel to client homes throughout San Diego County
- Comfort using a smartphone for basic communication and care documentation
Including but not limited to Alpine, Bonita, Carlsbad, Chula Vista, El Cajon, Encinitas, Escondido, Fallbrook, La Mesa, Oceanside, Poway, San Diego, San Marcos, Santee, Vista, and more.
