JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the RN, provides safe, age-appropriate patient care. Unified by the core purpose of creating a healthier community one person at a time, the members of the Division of Patient Care Services commit themselves to sustaining a culture focused on achieving optimal patient outcomes. REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma: GED equivalent or High School certificate; less than one year; American Heart Association CPR Certification; GNA / CNA Certification.
