We are seeking an experienced and motivated Equipment Salesperson to join our team in Mtn Grove, MO. As an Equipment Sales Representative your position will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships to promote the sale of agriculture, construction, lawn & garden, and powersports equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate and sell multiple lines of equipment
Develop and maintain customer relations
Visiting residential and commercial properties to assess equipment needs
Complete sales calls to identify potential customers and establish contact
Complete sales related documents
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Negotiate and close sales deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
Stay current on product lines and market trends
Attend trade shows and promote our equipment
Offer extended warranties, maintenance plans, and additional product accessories

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of agriculture industry, equipment, basic mechanics, and local market
 Basic knowledge of sales documents and equipment financing
General computer use, including spreadsheets, and use of a dealership management program
Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a company vehicle
Advanced sales and customer service skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Exceptional time management and organization skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
