| Position Summary: | We are seeking a self-starting and proven systems engineer to lead a cross-functional team of 4-8 engineers in implementing digital materiel management (DMM) solutions for a government customer. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership of their responsibilities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement by embracing humility and accountability. They will be proactive, driving initiatives with clear priorities and innovative solutions. A strong background in digital and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) in defense or commercial applications is preferred.
