Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance

Work Schedule: Onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday with ability to travel as needed

Role Overview:

The Logistician II supports supply chain, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in support of DoD programs. This role assists with material coordination, documentation, and logistics execution.

Responsibilities include inventory tracking, shipment coordination, warehouse support, and assisting with fielding and training logistics.

General Skillset

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
• Critical Thinking Skills
• Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed

Specific Skillset

• Experience with receiving, issuing, shipping, and inventory control activities
• Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems for data entry and reporting
• Ability to conduct inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution
• Knowledge of packaging, preservation, packing, and marking (PPP&M) requirements
• Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE) in a warehouse environment
• Understanding of safety, quality, and compliance requirements
• Ability to follow procedures and support logistics team objectives

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or related field (preferred)
• MHE License and OSHA Certification (preferred)

Experience Requirements

• 3–5 years of logistics or supply chain experience
• Experience with shipping, receiving, or inventory management
• Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal Government programs preferred
